If you're selling, I will do a through market analysis of the recent sales and the currently marketed houses in your neighborhood to help you decide on the proper listing price for your home. Proper pricing is essential for a quick sale! Whether you're buying or selling, one of the most important things to remember is the definition of "market value" which is "the most probable price that would be paid, in terms of cash, buyer and seller acting knowledgeably and prudently, and assuming no undue stimulus on the sale".

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my experience in the homebuilding, home inspection, appraisal, and real estate businesses, I have the expertise and track record of success you need to find the right house, or the right buyer for your home.
